Whats cooking

Old cucumber soup. Easy peasy to make. Dump pork bone soup, some pork meat, cut up the old cucumber, add some dried scallop / those dried mussells into the slow cooker. Add water. Boil overnight. DONE! You can add some chicken stock to make it sweeter (what I did - yummy!). Have it for lunch together with some rice - healthy! If i were to buy this at the stalls, its like filled with msg and costs a bomb!

My portion - ^_^
Yes I have 2 slow cooker. Small one is for the little one. Big one is for the big baby. ;)
