Learn how to take fantastic photographs.

Learn how to sew a proper dress!

Make a blog earn money for me.

Get my ass moving so that I can do all of the above.

I really need to stop sleeping so much (go to bed at 9.30pm to wake up at 6.45am) and start to think about what to blog when I get home. I hardly go online after work already.

But I am reaaaaaaaalllllllllyyyyyy tireddddddddd.

*slaps self*

Seriously, my stamina level has gone way way way way down the drain... I need to get out and excercise more (10 mins to work everyday is not enough).

Its been hot. Its been hectic. Its been tiring.

But,

Happy Belated Valentine's Day!

Hope your day was great. Mine was. Not really super super elaborate and fantastic, but just right.

I went to Genting Highlands to escape the heat and Mr Bee lost xxx amount of money in the casino. I on the other hand, I kinda enjoyed the cool air and wasnt fussy. We left before Mr Bee could get another shot at the casino.

Dinner was simple and we ate to our hearts content. The good food? What we lacked in Singapore. Yummy assam laksa, hong kong chee cheong fun and great char quay teow. We stank of oil after that.

Then on a whim, we decided to go for a movie at Cineleisure that was released on that day.

Jumper.

Wasnt great. But the atmosphere was funny and memorable. There were alot of people fishing for opportunities from couples.

"Buy roses for your girlfriend/wife one sir?"

"Buy roses and get a free serenading for your girlfriend/wife"

The roses dont come cheap. RM9 per stalk. Mr Bee didnt get any for me.. but well, it wasnt important... =). While waiting for the movie to start, we killed time by sitting at a tea/coffee place.

In preparation for the wedding, I had to go do my nails and my hair. Unfortunately, my nails were too short to do some sort of cool manicure, I had to go for nail extensions.

My first time doing nail extensions. They are a bitch though.. I hate doing any form of manicure. Pedicure is still bearable. Manicure causes you to be disabled for the time being. Barely few seconds my manicure is done, I kinda botched it and had to ask the manicurist to fix it... *shy* The manicurist asked me to sit still and just.... dont move...

The bridal photoshoot is tomorrow.. wish me luck!

Ok I admit, wedding preparations is a bitch. The initial part was easy (considering that I am a lazy person). If have it my way, I would just register, have a simple reception. End of story

But Mr Bee is a traditionalist, thank goodness for my parents. So he planned everything and did everything. Dinner? Choose a decent restaurant/hotel which had an available opening on the date that is decided. Pictures? Go to a recomended studio. Gowns? Ask them to recomend you gowns that suit your figure. Choose. Pray and hope they dont give your gown to someone else on the wedding day. IF that happens, throw a bitch tantarum. Flowers? Deco? Go to a florist. Cards? Print them.

End of story. We did that in one day. Of course, we did abit of research before coming back to KL to settle things. But research was done after work, at night.. prolly like 2 weeks before we came back to KL. Actually, Mr Bee was the one doing all the research.

Maybe the first part was too easy for me because, Mr Bee did everything. Heh. I just give the final say whether it was ok or not (ie, card design, bridal studio concept, dinner place, etc). Lucky eh?

Then came the hard part. The tradition part. Tea ceremony. Meeting the relatives (this involves smiling non-stop till your jaws hurt throughout the duration you are in the relatives house). Seating the guests. Deciding who to invite, and not to invite, how to deflect situations where people whom didnt cross your mind to invite say.. "Hey, I heard you are getting married? When is the wedding? You must invite me you know"

*URK*

Then came seating the guests . I have to worry if the guest in the same table have some history together to avoid bitch fight later on (alcohol is going to be served, and it can turn ugly later in the night...). I try my best to seat everyone to their liking, but sometimes, I've gotta fill in tables u know... :( So please please try to get along with everyone in the same table as you and focus on me instead.

We've He's spent so much on the wedding already, and... there is more to be spent... my shoes, my accessories, my flowers, etc etc.. the extras.. I'm surprised, he is not bankrupt yet. Heh, then again, he has to right?

I cant wait for all of these to be over so I can resume my normal sweet life again.... :) Marriage to me is just to legalise a relationship and to make a solid commitment to be together, forever.

Time to bring out the new and out with the old! May you have a prosperous year ahead with love, lots of money and luck!
I'm back in KL for two weeks baybeh! And yeah, the first time my mom saw this dress, she made me wear tights. "ITS SOOOO SHORT"
I didnt have tights, and the tights she had was black, so it made my chicken legs even skinnier. So I wore my skinny jeans just to please her and my relatives who I will be going off to visit in .. about ... 2 hours time.
We dont want relatives gossiping on how this little miss singapore has no morals now eh? Short skirt and all *rolls eyes*

Ok, firstly, this blog is officially dead. But I'm reviving it soon. Still thinking of some concept.

Next, I've been a regular follower of this blog: http://www.jayelleenelial.com/

And from her blog I found out about this:
http://buscrashnomore.blogspot.com

They are doing a great cause, not only for us students, but for the benefit of other people as well. As a regular (once a month?) bus rider from SG-KL-SG, I am now afraid since the bus that actually crashed in this incident is the regular bus company that I take.

Granted, there are many other bus companies that crashed other than this bus.

So go sign the petition, to make a safer trip for all of us, not only for students, but for other Malaysians as well. Even if it achieves nothing, at least we tried to do something instead of doing nothing.
